Clean and modern rooms with excellent value for money. The communication with the hotel was excellent, making the stay hassle-free. The location is quiet and offers easy access to the entire area of Playa del Ingles.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right off the main street in the city center with easy access to everything. The hotel facilities were great, and our room was very clean and well-equipped with a fridge, cable TV, and fast WiFi. We also appreciated the staff who were very helpful and accommodating.

Had a fantastic time during new year. the place was spacious and clean, with a nice feeling of privacy. Loved the microwave and kettle provided, they were very useful. the location was perfect - we were close to supermarkets and great eating places. Being located in a lively neighborhood was a great bonus!
The bed was a bit old and uncomfortable, but it didn't bother us much. we had some trouble finding the entrance to the block of flats at first, but it was no big deal.

The staff were amazingly helpful, they even stayed up to check us in at 1am! The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed, including a refrigerator and two towels per person. The location was perfect, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and a bus stop, which made exploring the city so much easier.
The entrance to the building was a bit hard to find, as there was no sign. One of the bathrooms was unable to lock and was not suitable for use in the shower, and the other bathroom did not have hangers for towels.

We had a comfortable stay at this budget-friendly accommodation. The room had twin beds, a fridge, cable TV, and fast WiFi. The location is quiet, and there is a large EuroSpar nearby. The shared bathrooms were new and modern, and communication with the host was excellent.

With two shared toilets and showers, it guarantees that there is no waiting time. the room is spacious and clean, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle, perfect for a self. the hotel is close to several amenities, including supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants, and is a short walk away from popular tourist areas.
The check, in process can be time, consuming at times.
